CMSI MOVES INTO NEW 20,000 SQUARE FOOT FACILITY
WESTON, Florida. – April 1, 2010. Contract
Manufacturing Solutions, Inc.,better known as CMSI,
announced today the expansion of their Weston, Florida
facility from 10,000 to 20,000 square feet, which among
other things will house their Research and Development
(R&D) Department. The strategic decision to grow
the engineering department (by adding 4 more Engineers,
each with mechanical and/or electrical strengths) and
that aspect of the business, resulted from the obvious
demand from their clientele who sought to outsource the
manufacturing of their products to an FDA and ISO
13485:2003 facility, but also required enhancements or
modifications to their existing design. This decision
was fueled by CMSI’s desire to cater to the various
types of clients they work with. CMSI’s contract
manufacturing facility has been in operation since 2001
and every product that leaves it’s doors is
manufactured in compliance with FDA and ISO 13485:2003
standards, guaranteeing environmental and regulatory
requirements are met. CMSI has succeeded in a very
